OVERVIEW

The production of this game was part of the second year course Vertical Slice at Uppsala University. We had 8 weeks to finish and produce a slice of a bigger game and worked in a team of 6.

Comet is a small sandbox and exploration game set in space. The goal was to make a calming and very open experience for the players with atmospheric music and flowy movements. 

​

In this game you play as a comet who is trying to give light back to the sun of this galaxy and you do so by finding and syncing your beat with smaller comet- companions.

Props

I modeled the landmarks at which the player could collect the companions.

Made the base of the particle system for the comets tail.

Made all the logos and mockups for our Facebook and Instagram page.

Together as a team we discussed the game idea and what the story and game loop should be.
